Jean Morgan
Born in Conwy and within the town walls, it was natural for Jean to play and swim on the small beach and quayside and watch the birds feeding along the estuary. She began to draw and paint when she was eleven years old.
Jean has travelled extensively, her favourite country being South America and in particular Patagonia, the adopted home of many Welsh families that left from Liverpool in 1865 on the boat 'The Mimosa' to seek a new life whilst retaining their language.
