Karen Roberts

Karen began her career as a surface pattern designer living and working in London. She designed for companies such as Gap, Laura Ashley, Victoria's Secret and also worked for Valentino. Karen also designed for the American and Chinese fashion market.

She then returned to her roots in North Wales and began teaching art in a local secondary school, but continued as a surface pattern designer designing for companies such as Mamws Interiors. Karen began to appreciate the surrounding landscapes and loves the Snowdonia National Park where she enjoys sketching and exaggerating the changing colours she sees.
