Sophie Parkhill

Sophie Parkhill is a Lancashire born, multi award winning wildlife & portrait artist, who has lived & worked in North Wales for over 6 years.

A member of the Association of Animal Artists & ARTNorthWales, she exhibits her photo realistic paintings in several exhibitions across the UK every year.

Some of Sophie's main career highlights include exhibiting with The Royal Society of Marine Artists in the prestigious London Mall Galleries (2021) & winning the worldwide "All Women’s" Art Show with Light Space & Time 2022 (over 1300 Entries).

2022 also saw Sophie named “Best In Show” with the Association of Animal Artists, featuring in SAA magazine & I Love Shelties books, and exhibiting in London’s prestigious Gallery@Oxo as one of the Wildlife 100 with Sketch For Survival (over 3000 entries).

Her current ongoing collection aims to support important conservation work in the UK & overseas. She directly supports the protection of wildlife, by donating portions of her original sales & sometimes the original paintings themselves, to relevant rescue & wildlife centres. Currently, these include the RSPB, Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand, Africa Wildlife Art & more.

As an emerging artist, at only 29 years old, Sophie has a promising future ahead of her, with original artworks, commissions & limited edition prints, already found in private collectors’ homes across the UK, US & Australia.
