Sandra Bellew-Gibbons

Sandra is a self taught resin artist and colour is her inspiration. Having spent most of her career in fast paced management jobs, she decided to take a complete career change 2 years ago initially with furniture revival and now with resin art. Paintings with resin impress with mesmerising effects, through the glass-like surface, the image appears different from many angles bringing a statement piece to any room.

Since the effects are caused by movement and drying, each painting is original and unique and so cannot be copied. This gives you an original piece that is unrivalled. Sandra produces many different effects and products from her use of resin from large resin pour wall pieces to geode style pieces and clocks, incorporating many mediums into the resin like crystals, glass, stones and gold leaf.

Sandra lives on the North Wales coast in Rhos on Sea, and although Irish born (Irish and Welsh parents) she has spent most of her adult life in Wales. Sandra enjoys the outdoors, reading, animals; particularly walking her chocolate cocker Darcy on the beach, and mostly she enjoys art and thrives on the ability to immerse herself into something with the sole aim of producing beautiful art for herself and others to enjoy and she feels very lucky to be able to follow her dreams of doing this.
